Things that make me happy...

Soy cappuccinos. Bright nails. Phone calls from mum. Ridiculously high heels that I know I will probably never wear but just have to have. Pink underwear. Terrible 80's music in the car. Champagne anytime of the day. Knitting. Getting up crazy early and feeling like I have all the time in the world, for anything in the world. The white foamy ocean after a huge wave crashes. Snuggly, ugly socks. Stationery. My sisters. Cuddles from my dog Sunny. People with conviction who fight for what is right. Afternoon light. Sushi. Fresh lillies. Kindness. Day dreaming. Russh. Vanilla candles. Paris. Romeo and Juliette. Finishing a book knowing it has changed me forever. Snorkeling. Driving away from my problems with no idea where I'm going. Being 1000 miles from anywhere one day, being in the middle of city chaos the next. Vintage clothes, movies, photos. Creative visionaries. Chanel. Chloe. Love. Gratitude.

Beautiful day on the coast...

It is such a beautiful day on the coast today. I went for a run along the beach this morning and took a few pics of the park downstairs from my building. I love the winter sunshine, the sky has never been more blue and the air has never felt so clean.

I spent the afternoon in Byron Bay watching whales from the lighthouse. It was beyond beautiful, over looking one of the most magical places in the world with the sun setting over the hills and the whales breaching every few minutes. Surrounded by all this natural beauty, it is impossible to be anything but joyful. Life could not be better right now, I feel happy, free and filled with love. What a wonderful world.

Feeling creative...

Today I feel like drawing, taking photos, seeing the world through rose coloured glasses, making something new out of something old and re-organising my wardrobe.
